How to Embed an Action Network Form on Your Website
Give website visitors the chance to subscribe to your email list using an embedded form.
- Under Actions, hover over Forms and click on the View All icon.
- From the list, select the form you’d like to embed by clicking on the Manage icon.
- On the next screen, look for the Embed this Action section on the right-hand side. This box contains the embed code. Select all and then copy the code or simply click on the Copy Code link.
Now that you have the embed code, we can go and paste it onto our webpage. In our case, we are using WordPress in this example.
In WordPress, look for a way to add Custom HTML. In our case, I clicked on the black plus icon on my page and searched for “HTML” then click on Custom HTML.
Once you have added a custom HTML block or element, paste the embed code from Action Network into the space provided.
After adding the embed code, you can preview your changes and then publish/save the page to have your changes go live.
